An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
With the home being one of the largest investment someone can have, I feel very fortunate to have found and used DSM Property services. I found DSM Property Services very honest and very professional. Vito provided a thorough inspection top to bottom. He answered all of my questions and also spent the extra time to make sure I understood exactly what he was saying. You can see that he truly cares. I will definitely recommend and use DSM services again.
