I was in a difficult position with another supplier(inferior products and terrible customer service) when Ed was referred to me. He did a great job in getting his guys out to my home quickly. He quickly sent me pictures of flooring, based on what I said I had originally chosen from the first supplier. He also advised me on trends and quality of the flooring. The installers evaluated the job and completed it quickly and efficiently. The turnaround time was great as I am hosting Thanksgiving dinner for over 30 people and my rooms were prepped for the job when the original installer kept delaying my job. My family was not happy. I must say a big THANK YOU to everyone at Milton Hardwood. A great deal of my stress has been lifted. Keep up the good work. Laurie

In the middle of our kitchen renovation we realized that we had to relocate our fridge with the attached ice maker. Daley had to re-route the copper line through our new flooring without damaging the new flooring and run the copper line bypassing our heating vent and other obstacles. I was amazed and very satisfied with the work done and the outside the box thinking.

We had three windows replaced, two newer windows and 1 older window. I was amazed at the finished product. The job was neat and the workmanship was excellent. No more drafty windows or doors. This was a huge difference from the last window replacement that we had done a number of years back. We are now contemplated re-doing all the other rooms as we have noticed the difference in quality. We are very satisfied. Diego was excellent.
