We suspected rodents in our attic... another company initially came out to inspect. They did a quick walk on the roof, asked us the details, and said "seems like rodents"... and that we'd have to make another appointment to have someone take care of it. We weren't happy or confident with how this was handled and decided to contact Pesticon. Andre from Pesticon showed up on the appointed day and was very professional and courteous. He checked the roof AND the attic, and confirmed points of entry. He then proceeded to seal the entries and lay traps, and took the time to explain to us what to expect over the coming weeks. It's also great to know that they guarantee their work for several months. We're happy to say that after a few days, we've not heard any more noise in the attic. Thank you for your service!

I suspected a carpenter ant problem. Vance came out and did a thorough inspection, explaining everything as he went. He wasn't able to locate a nest but had a strong suspicion of where it was. Sprayed along baseboards and into the walls from outside. Since he spayed we haven't found anymore ants in the house (it's been 3 months now). I really appreciated his care in not drilling unnecessarily and taking into consideration my concerns about the spray and my 2 yr old. I would definitely use their services again (hopefully we won't need to though) and would highly recommend them. Very friendly and personable service, with reasonable price.
