We contracted this company to replace our bay window and patio door and from the begining they were awful. The sales rep was way too pushy (Roman) but he matched another quote we had so we caved...from then it was excuse after excuse. The "quote" kept going up because the sales rep under-estimated the project. Worst customer service, rude people, can't comment on the product because they would do the job for us...waste of time and money.(BEWARE!!!!!)
