My wife Katharine and I want to sincerely thank Adam and the Penfolds team for making what looked like a scary experience of replacing our roof so late in the year to a very satisfying one. It's likely the most money one will spend on a house on an area that no one ever really notices but it's funny that now that I've gone through it I now notice roofs every day and especially ours and I can truthfully say I had never bothered in the past.
The Penfolds experience was above and beyond, right from meeting Adam. He is to be commended for his professional and courteous way of carrying himself. I have been in sales for over 25 years and I'm not an easy sell but he was prompt, prepared and a stand out amongst the other companies that we had quote the job. As for the work itself we couldn't be happier and sleep well at night most especially though these past few weeks with so much rain. Thank you to the crew ( including the gutter and down pipe company) for working so hard throughout the job navigating the dry days to get it done while maintaining a level of quality control that we would not regret leaving the replacement so long past the hot summer days and have the job hurried through. I truly wish I had committed two years ago when Adam first came by.
Penfolds was not the cheapest quote we obtained but the way Adam presented Penfolds as a company and with his knowledge of the job from A to Z, we felt comfortable parting with our hard earned savings with no looking back. I would highly recommend Adam and the Penfolds team to anyone that is looking to replace their roof.
