When Rogers upgraded me to Ignite their new device did not feed audio to my home theatre. Rogers suggested I buy an adaptor which I did but still no audio. Then they sent a tech but after trying a few things he admitted being clueless and sheepishly left. I then made calls to tech providers and chose Vince for sounding confident and being available next day. He brought an optical cable he suspected would solve it and in 5 minutes my system was back in all its 7 channel glory. He then went through it, made a few tweaks, and now it's even easier to use. Vince is highly recommended, especially for complex systems.

Trevor responded to my request promptly, gave me a fair estimate and booked the job in short order. His tree trimming is meticulous with an eye to both the tree's health and aesthetics. Cleanup was thorough. I'd recommend him without reservation.

Lorenzo handled my enquiry courteously by phone and email and based a reasonable quote on photos I provided. The work was to replace a bathroom P-trap and outdoor faucet. The next day Mark came an hour early with prior call to assure this worked for me, did a fine job and was very pleasant. They merit the name Prompt and I will certainly call them for future needs.

The courteous and friendly 2 man crew was on time, did the job carefully, tidied up after, and the cost was reasonable. I'd highly recommend them. Their phone person was also great, glad to accommodate timing issues. Eaves cleaning is seldom needed, but when I next do I'll call TNZ.
