I had an unfortunate incident where my dog threw up charcoal onto my new light colored rug. It was awful. I was afraid nothing could be done. I called Get Fresh and he was able to come out right away and got the entire stain out!!!!! Needless to say I will never use anyone else for my carpet cleaning from now on.

Thanks Nicole! Spot removal can be challenging. In this case there was two separate problems combined: the dog vomit which can quickly discolor the carpet and the charcoal that is comprised of very fine molecules which work there way into the fibers and are very difficult to remove. Using the wrong progression of spot removal products, an inexperienced technician can easily set a spot and turn it into a permanent stain. That is why mystery spots are difficult to treat. Many times a persistent spot requires a follow up procedure to prevent reoccurring problems.
