I have recently purchased a home from Baywood Homes in Barrie. The house is scheduled to be completed sometime early 2010. So fare my experience with this builder has been exceptional. Staff are very professional and are experts in the field. Decor office is located in Toronto but its worth the drive as they have many options and samples to customize your home.
