This will be my first review of many contractors I have used at my home. I feel it is important to give praise where it is earned. I am what you might call "particular " my basement was leaking and I had it supposedly repaired by another company who will remain nameless. I telephoned RooterWorks and immediately felt I was dealing with proffesionals? This became more evident when there representative arrived at my front door and within minutes had a solution to my ongoing problem. As this was urgent they arranged the team to start the very next day...problem was is was raining quite hard.. But to my delight the men set up a tent like structure and continued to work in awfull conditions all day. They returned early the next morning and had everything done by lunch time. They cleaned up and took all the stones and dirt away. I would like to thank Alex Stephan and the gentleman with the English accent...sorry I don't remember his name. It was a pleasure to do business with such a great group of real pros.
