Eduardo and his team did an amazing job on our flagstone steps, walkway and wall repairs. They are honest, hardworking, knowledgeable and courteous. They chose replacement stone, custom cut it on site and did flawless repairs. They even repaired things we hadnt noticed. They left the outside of our home spotless! From the beginning when I called the level of professionalism was high. Once the technician came he was polite, professional, knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and what had to be done. He came back to do the repairs once the parts were delivered and he was diligent in all areas completing the job; this took several hours. For us, it has also been a benefit to have the Direct Energy protection plans on our air conditioner and furnace. The monthly fees associated with these protection plans are reasonable and give one peace of mind, if and when a problem should occur.
