Crosslink Homes was used on my final renovation. I've been going through renovations in my house for the past 6 years, and this last stretch was delivered by Crosslink. Throughout our many years of renovation, we've dealt with all types of contractors. Whether it was large companies, small companies, general contractors, or specialists, we've dealt with it all. I will say that we are glad that it's all done, as we've had some bad experiences along the way. The scope of the work included a full bathroom, lots of patch work, new stairs, a few new doors, an attic access panel, and trim work. Crosslink went above and beyond to deliver on this project. They honoured their promise of not exceeding their quote, while I know they did more work than what was originally discussed to ensure a consistent look throughout the home (rather than small areas of beauty vs. unsightly trim in other areas for example). We had a time crunch we were working with, and they were able to exceed the time commitment with all the major components. They respected our wishes of no profanity, no loud music (we are working from home), and no smoking on site. They were also extra accommodating with the paints and stains used, given our baby. The work has transformed our house to a work of art. The trim, chandeliers, and extra large tiles add a certain je ne sais quois so to speak! I was skeptical at first when they mentioned the chandeliers, but I just say those are one of our favourite additions apart from the amazing stairs! If I had to summarize their service - it truly was exceedingly abundantly above what we expected.
