City Appliance came here the next morning after I called. What I liked is that he did some trouble shooting over tbne phone that gave me the chance of confirming the diagnosis and savingg me the service call. It also helped him be more prepared to fix the issue which turned out to be a faulty door latch. Washing machine is back and running ...no laundry mat required. I recommend City Appliance
