Incredibly detailed and professional. Went above and beyond to describe what work needed to be done and within what kind of time frame. We bought the house with a detailed plan of what work needed to be done first so that we could stay within budget. Thanks to Yuri we have a plan to tackle the small projects that the house will need in the coming years. Money well spent.
