I contacted Pioneer H&A for a second opinion when my furnace was redtagged by top rated company on home stars. The owner sent a technician out the same day. After a very thorough test of the furnace he reconnected the gas connection. The heat exchanger on the furnace was not cracked and it should not have been red tagged.
