An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Bill was great. Very knowledgeable and knows how to read his audience. He also delayed plans on a long weekend to finalize out contract. The crew leader was awesome. Managed his team extremely well and was very professional. would like to recognize for their exceptional service; both Bill Kovacs and the crew leader. (My apologies for not remembering his name) Brock Doors & windows provides great service both through their highly knowledgeable and detailed estimates and the fantastic installation. The quality of windows for the value is terrific and the lifetime transferable warranty is great value for both the homeowner and resale.
