We had a clogged toilet bowl in the washroom and Brad came to fix it. He was able to trace the root cause of the clog and had it removed successfully. His next visits were on fixing our leaking pipes in the kitchen and upper washroom. Aside from efficiently repairing them and replacing what needs to be replaced he also gave us some helpful hints to avoid clogged pipes and the likes.
