Initially, there was a bit of difficulty contacting them (just create a gmail account if you don't have one and you'll be fine) but, as soon as we got the ball rolling, it was all uphill from there. Aryan arrived early for the scheduled appointment and came in ready with brochures, swatches, and his suggestions on how to beautify the oft neglected area in one's home. A few days after his assessment, he sent us a reasonable estimate, and since we've been onboard to proceed with the project since day one (the reviews say it all), we readily gave it the go ahead. Notwithstanding the obvious delays given the pandemic situation, the timeline Aryan provided for the completion was quite acceptable. On the agreed upon installation date, Aryan's crew came on time and were all business as soon as they started. The makeover took three days in all (flooring, wall slats, storage cabinets) but, the results are definitely worth it! It only goes to show the workmanship was not rushed and every bit of care and attention was provided to make the amazing transformation! In fact, several passersby stopped by to admire and inquire about the work these guys have done. Now, the garage is more than eye candy, though as you have the option to customize it with different accessories to create your mis-en-place: a place for everything and everything in place! Absolutely recommend Invincible Garage to anyone who wants to, as they say, turn their garage into a "living space!"

Aside from a slight hiccup in the initial communication, which was immediately addressed, Superior Closets, as their company name suggests, provided us with top notch, superior closets. Joseph gave us his designs and an estimate plus timeline for the project quickly followed. Due to our busy work schedules, it took us a bit of a time to decide and for his patience we are truly thankful. We were even given the option to have an earlier install date, notwithstanding, when most companies would have delays given the pandemic issue. The installers arrived on time, went about their business, and left the area spotless. We are quite pleased and extremely impressed with our upgraded closets. Not only do they look fashionable, they are extremely functional -- with every inch of space, maximized! We're definitely looking forward to having the rest of our closets done by Superior Closets.

The pandemic has greatly affected the response time of most garage door companies we contacted but, we're extremely glad Steve was the first to reach out. He was pretty straightforward about the pricing and the timeline for the project. When we mentioned our interest in the capping service, he readily provided us with his contact, Dave, who also did not disappoint. We first inquired about Dave's Duct Cleaning services about three years ago, a couple of years in to our semi-detached unit. Instead of pouncing in immediately to cash in on a potential customer, they suggested we check our vents first, adding that if done properly, duct cleaning is usually done every five. Since there were no real issues during the home inspection when we bought the house, we decided to take their advice. We really admired them for their honesty from that initial call and made it our mission to give them our business when the right time comes. And we were not disappointed. Mark and Kevin came on the dot. They clearly explained what will be done and answered all questions we had. Work was done in a reasonable amount of time and they cleaned up right after. Also, before and after pictures were shown. The photos aren't the only evidence of their professionalism as we do feel (and hear) the difference -- they absolutely did a fabulous job!

Chanced upon Arthur when our neighbour acquired his services. He approached and informed us about the status of the roof on our side of the house (semi). We already had an idea something was amiss when we heard flapping noises during one windy night and with some shingles strewn all over the backyard the following day. He advised us way in advance when a reschedule had to be done due to an extreme weather alert and was flexible enough to accommodate our weekend request. He arrived on time for the project, finished it within an acceptable time frame then, showed before and after pictures of the work done. Definitely recommended to anyone looking to resolve any roofing issues.

Vinyl-professionals was only one of two companies from our list that responded to email/phone queries, perhaps due to the busy season. Besides the slight delay in communication, our experience with them is a positive one. Michael provided us with a quote for the enclosure as requested. When we asked him to give us an estimate for the basement window as well, he checked it out and eventually said he'll have it covered at no extra charge. From there, it took a little less than two months for the order to be processed. Installers Eugene and his co-worker are real professionals. They arrived close to the agreed time and each one knew one's role. They hardly talked to each other during the process, doing so only when one needed some assistance. And while they finished in a timely manner, the workmanship did not seem like rushed at all. Cleaned up after they were done and gave a couple of pointers on how to take care of the new installation. Extremely delighted with the results.

Renato answered my call within two rings yet, was patient enough to wait a couple of weeks for our decision. He was not, at any point, aggressive in doing any sales pitch. Instead, he explained in detail the type of furnace we needed, the work they will be doing, and what we can expect. Also, he answered thoroughly all questions we had regarding the project. Throughout our discussion, we found him to be quite knowledgeable and extremely honest. On the day of the installation, he arrived a few minutes earlier to set up and explain the paperwork in claiming the heating/cooling incentive. As soon as work started, everything went smoothly. Renato and his crew were fast and efficient. They made sure everything was up and running before leaving. I was also shown the ropes, given pointers on how to care for and prolong the life of our brand new equipment, and reassured we can contact him anytime should we have any concerns. Lastly, they did a pretty good job disposing of the old unit and cleaning up as well. We absolutely recommend Air Heating Plus to anyone looking to have their furnace upgraded.

Had a total of four windows replaced. The rooms are now much more presentable and warmer for the winter. Adam gave a detailed presentation/explanation and at a reasonable cost. He didn't go the route of discrediting another provider rather emphasizing on the company's own merits. Product delivery and service were both on schedule. Kevin and his son did a marvelous job with the installation. Their communication and coordination are quite commendable. They're very friendly and pretty fast -- from taking out the old ones all the way to cleaning up when they were done. They are real pros! As soon as our budget permits, we'll have the rest of the windows plus the doors done by clera.
