When I found out that my windows with wooden frames were leaking and the sidings and box were in bad shape, I started looking for quotes to replace them, before winter arrives. A competitor was able to come first, but that person was very pushy and not showing me what should be best for my situation, and wanted me to put down money before getting any other opinions. The second person was not returning calls until I tried calling a few more times, and I had to do the quote over the phone by doing the measurements myself. Then I received a very non-personal and expensive quote. No thanks. Finally I found Crown. The salesperson Eric provided a friendly and professional inspection and quote, and worked out a reasonable price and timeframe. The workers were very quick and did an excellent job, and the cleanup was first rate as well. Excellent.
