Marat and his crew at Unica Homes did two additions on our home. One addition was done in 2010 and that was at the rear of the home onthe main floor. It was a kitchen addition with a basement bedroom below. The other addition was a second floor master bedroom addition that was completed in 2017. All work was completed on time on very close to on budget. The work passed all city of Toronto inspections. We are very happy with all the work completed by Marat and his company Unica Homes.

The work was completed in a neat and timely matter. clean up was thorough. Cedric was polite and the worked efficiently. would not hesitate to use Ur Eaves R Us in the future.
