Yes, we've have had some interesting adventures together. Part of the success of an inspection is the client’s enthusiasm and level of attention. You had all of that and more. You learned so much from your first foray into the condo market that your second choice was a keeper, a few warts, which is typical of every home, but nothing beyond reasonable.
