I recently took our snow blower in for repair to this business. When they called to inform me that it was repaired and ready for pickup. I explained that I would not be able to pick it up until 5 days from date of repair as my husband and son were away working in the oilfields and I asked if he could wait the "5" days for us to pick it up. The response was a very rude "NO"! Consequently I had to pay $100.00 for delivery of the snow blower to our acreage on top of the $438.00 of repairs! Not impressed at all and will not be bringing my business to this shop again! I would have been more than willing to pay a reasonable storage fee to him if he had asked.
