It’s been a while that I wanted to post a review and didn’t come around to doing it, but here goes! We got our 30+ year-old pool renovated with Pioneer in 2019. After being let down at the last minute by Backyard Retreat Pools, we did a second round of quoting and that’s when we met Marcel from Pioneer’s Oakville location. From the very beginning, his approach was friendly and he showed he cared. From there, he was really responsive through emails and phone calls to answer my multiple questions. We ended up choosing them for our reno, and despite some delays due to weather, the process was smooth, the construction guys were friendly and polite, and the construction manager/lead (Dillon I think) was also really nice and professional. Granted, this was before all the COVID craziness, but we were really happy with the overall experience. Their pricing was competitive and service has been excellent honestly. They won our business for years to come.

We found the presence of a mold stain behind a box that was placed too close to the ceiling, and we thought it came from moisture in the attic. We called The Mold Guy and from there, everything was simple. I quickly got some advice from the lady over the phone, she was able to give me a quote over the phone and she set an appointment for the very next day. The techs showed up on time, were professional and respectful and fully cleaned the attic mold in a couple hours. They were also able to confirm that the mold stain on the ceiling was only surface mold and promptly cleaned it for us. Overall a pleasant experience, would recommend!

I had an issue with humidity in my attic and Chuck from Roofs on Homes provided a quick diagnostic and a reasonable quote to open up the soffits to allow air to circulate. I'm very happy with the work that was completed in a timely, friendly and professional manner. I will definitely be giving Roofs on Homes a call for any future roofing needs. Thanks Chuck!!

Thanks to Convertible Air for another job well done. I had contracted their services in the past to install a central air conditioning unit and was very satisfied with the customer contact, the quality and cleanliness of the install and the price too. So naturally, I contacted them when came the time to ditch the old Reliance water heater and get my own. Once again, service was top notch with prompt email replies, good pricing and pleasantly learned that they would even take care of returning the Reliance water heater to them upon installation of the ne one. Overall, I am very pleased that I used Convertible Air again, and will not hesitate to do so in the future when the opportunity will arise. Special thanks to Marnie for great customer service! I contacted Hometurf to get lawn care for the first time. I am overall very happy with the service. I was contacted before every visit and left with a report card after each visit. Support staff over the phone is friendly and their products are safe for the environment and for my dog. Oh, and my grass never looked better. Thanks Hometurf!
