This company is awful. Customer service doesn't exist. They are rude and will not help, instead they say I must speak with the salesperson who is on vacation! Insane! I placed an order for a washer/dryer last week and the delivery never happened. I called "Customer Support" and they said the delivery was cancelled by the sales rep, Harry. The order wasn't cancelled though, just the delivery so my card was charged! They said I would have to ask Harry why this happened, and he is on vacation. I asked to talk with a manager and they hung up on me. How could they cancel the delivery but not the order?? How could no one at CAS help me, only the specific sales person who isn't even working??

My experience with Bad Boy has been absolutely terrible. I just moved to a new condo and purchased all my furniture from them. The price was right, but no price is worth the kind of stress they put me under. They had to make a total of 6 deliveries to my place. They would deliver a table top with the wrong base, a damaged cupboard and even a used dining set when there was none left in stock. I had to bring the table base in store to prove it was the wrong item. We discovered they mislabeled the SKU after I physically had to take the base and put it beside the floor model to prove it was the wrong item. The dining set they sold me wasn’t in stock, and wouldn’t be restocked for another 2 months. Why sell a table they don’t have? Worst part, they have a no refund policy, so either I wait 2 months and eat on the floor or choose another table. They didn’t have any smaller tables in stock, so they instead gave me a loaner table – which was missing all four legs and bar stools as chairs. Really. It took them 2 weeks to remove the useless loaner table from the condo, and magically the table I ordered suddenly became available. They delivered an obviously used table as the glass was scratched and the seats were worn. It also came off the truck without a box. There was a total of 6 deliveries = 6 days of work I missed. This doesn't count the time I had to go to the wear house myself to pick up the right item. They tried playing dirty games on me which really makes me regret ever stepping into their store. It doesn’t matter how low the price. Stay away!
