Yearly Atlas HVAC maintenance visit - Tech arrived right on time - was COVID prepared - all went well -during the visit we touched on certain questions I had and Rick was very good at explaining the what/why/how!! They do their work very well!! This is why we've been clients for 13 years!!

As every year the technician from AtlasCare showed up on time and did a complete review and test of the heating system. Being a relatively new system (2 yrs old) there were no problems. He changed the humidifier pad and recommended the Watre Savor be installed to make sure there was less excess water draining away. We may do thatr this year. Very pleased with the whole service experience!!

We have been using AtlasCare for 10 years since we moved to this house. There was an opportunity to replace furnace and A/C at a reasonable! price. Day of installation they were here right on time and worked through the day to completion. Traffic areas were covered with drop sheets and the work caused no real household disruption. The crew of Tedros, Ian & Gabriel were great! in all respects. Any service reps from Atlas have always been top notch people! Post installation we have test run the systems for ourselves and all has been the best. Totally pleased and no hesitation in recommending!!

I can say that the granite vanity top with sink and back and side pieces along with several pieces for the shower were of good quality and well finished. HOWEVER>>>> Along with several other reviewers we did run into a problem - with the measurement of the vanity top. It came with an overhanging lip which was something Cathy had not mentioned to us. Installing it posed a problem with the length. When we brought this matter to her attention, she immediately became totally defensive and argumentative and impugned our contractor's competence. There seemed to be no middle ground. Any deficiency had to be our fault - end of story. Any problem is the customers fault and their problem - not hers. Well our contractor was able to overcome the shortcomings since he's more than competent. I would not recommend City Home Granite because I would not want any acquaintance to be subjected to this kind of negative reaction!!

Two neighbours had used D'Angelo for roofing, so we called for an estimate. Having had a previous unrelated inspection done we knew what was needed. Jeremy came to estimate and we essentially re-did the entire roof. Much of the plywood needed to be replaced, the insulation topped up to code and proper venting provided as per today's building code. Based on this meeting we signed up for the work to be done. Because of the amount of work required it did take a few days. The various crews came punctually and did their work in a professional manner. Daniel as project manager was great to deal with - always available. The final result looks great, clean up was perfect. We are very pleased.
