Norman, the owner, and his assistant Curtis arrived on time and methodically checked the locking mechanism in the panic bar. Not only did they fix the problem, they found and fixed a problem (bottom spindle not dropping down far enough) we didn't know we had. Norman clearly explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it.
