If you need a garage, don't choose these guys! My contract was signed Aug.4 2014, with a commencement date of Sept 2, and a completion date of Oct 15 2014. It is now Jan 10 2015 and all we have is a standing structure that is exposed to the elements. They have a great salesman (far superior to any other company we had give us a quote) He made promise's that I believe the company had no intention of honoring. Anything to get the sale. Unfortunatley we took the bait. It has been countless phone calls (us to them) to find out about the details of the construction and updates as to what and when will be happening with the project. If you want details, you must play detective and look for the truth. The controller there is very deceptive. They will never commit to anything. I always looked for a date when I could expect to see them next, but never got it. It has been excuse after excuse, Ranging from weather to contracters quitting. The weather this fall has been pretty mild, This garage should have been done months ago. I could understand a few delays, but come on....It really only takes a couple weeks to complete a garage. The guys that did show up to work would only be working for short periods of time. 45 min here, couple hours there. Only once did we get a full day of work. They have stalled so long that the weather now is truly a problem. I dont expect to see completion until spring. So do yourself a favor and buy the package, get your friends and family to give you a hand and save yourself a huge amount of stress, and about 10 grand tooo.
