We decided after 25 years in our home that it was time to renovate our kitchen. There was no doubt in our mind of where we would go to get our appliances - Ben's Maytag Store! What sold us on this company was they were a well established family business right in our neighborhood. The moment we walked through the doors of the store, we knew we had already made the right choice and at that point we hadn't even purchased anything. Moving forward the information we received on the appliance make our choice simply and just the products we were looking for to house our new kitchen. As the renovation took on life, the staff at Ben's stayed engaged offering advice and expert service that cannot be found in a big box store. As with any renovation not everything goes according to plan but our saving grace was Ben's Maytag. Their vision of great service and punctuality on delivery was one thing we were able to count on. The numerous calls we made to the staff at Ben's often with silly questions was never overlooked and responded to with grace and professionalism. We are extremely happy with our purchases and service we have received. I will be recommending Ben's Appliance to anyone who is looking to make their next purchase of appliances.
