So far so good, had them in yesterday for a quote and Michael was good - seemed very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Next step will be to make sure there pricing is in the ball park. Update coming....
This company was great, right from the start. They called me back every single time within minutes of leaving a message, and Rob Baillie was great, took the time to explain everything and had quite a few tips on some inexpensive things we could do to help save some (heating) money.
