Our designer, Judy, understood our needs and came up with a functional layout for our kitchen that was a huge improvement over the existing one. When we discovered an issue with a pipe that hadn't been evident when the design was first drawn up, Judy worked with our contractor and quickly found a solution so the renovation could proceed without delay. The cabinets are well made. A mistake by the installer was rectified with no hassles, as were a few other minor issues (eg., scratches). The office staff who coordinated the installation were pleasant to deal with, helpful and professional. Overall, a positive experience.
