Warranty is an illusion. I called many times for many weeks for the dinning and the living set to end up with the same answer that the warranty does not cover this issue. In another word i have lost 150 Dollars to cover a long list of damages for 5 years to the extent of replacing the set or store credit in case they don't carry the same model, as per the salesman and the manager of the Dundas Storer. This is just a story till you buy warranty. Then you will realize that you have lost the money. ON the dinning set the insurance company told us that it is a defect in the seat and it is not covered, (the bonded leather seat of the dinning table got ribbed accidentally by a guest with sharp button on his panties. The report of the professional that the bonded leather is made of two layers and the two layers separated on use and this is not covered. This is the first experience after one year of using the set (the other five chairs nothing happened to that defected material as per the professional. The second experience after two years and half, the spring coils of only the sofa, you can feel it strongly when seating. besides the screws of the legs of two chairs of the dinning set does not tie any more in the same hole (loose legs). After many calls and visits the professional sent his report to have the same answer that the warranty does not cover the issues arise from daily use. As long as the coils didn't pop out of the sofa and still under the bonded sheet, it is a regular daily use and fixing or replacing is not covered. The loose legs of the two chairs of the dinning set are also because of daily use not accidental issue, so it is not covered. THE CONCLUSION IS I LOST THE 150 AND IT IS A BIG ILLUSION BY THE STAFF IN BAD BOY. DO NOT BUY ANY WARRANTY IT IS A WAIST OF MONEY. ALSO DO BUY FROM THIS BAD BOY, because they are BAD VERY BAD. The company that does not keep the promises does not deserve to be trusted. The last experience was on OCTOBER 20141
