Our Electrolux fridge suddenly showed an error code one night and began dropping in temperature. We initially called another appliance repair company that we've used in the past because they are certified for warranty repairs, but they could not come and have a look for another 4 days. So we called City Appliance at 7:30 in the evening (!) and our call was immediately answered. The technician asked if he could call later in the evening to get a model number and check for the part, which he did as promised. He and his son arrived the following afternoon with the correct part and had the repair finished within an hour or so. We were very happy not to have to wait three more days with no guarantee that it would be fixed by the other company. We are very satisfied with the service we received.
