Various fixes prior to selling our house
Had several pieces of work to be done to get the house presentable for selling. This included popcorn ceiling repair, drywall repair, and painting. Communication was great and the work performed exceeded expectations. Price was also reasonable. Will definitely turn to again in the future.
Initially contacted Nigel for gutter cleaning. This was done satisfactorily. He called out additional gutter work to be done such as a leaky gutter and this is where expectations have not been met. The gutter is still leaking and despite multiple attempts over several weeks to contact for resolution, I have not recieved a reply. In addition, I have not received an invoice for the work done despite being promised one. There are many other options out there for these services. I would highly recommend avoiding 3 Vets and Nigel.
