The owner, Moe, noticed one of my siding shingles was missing. I knew it fallen down but I didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach it. Moe offered to do it and when I asked the price he told me it was a simple job and he would do it as a goodwill gesture. It only took a few minutes - everything is easy with the proper equipment - and the shingle was back up and secured properly. I appreciated the gesture and will certainly use his services when I need something more difficult completed.
