I was so pleased with the professionalism and curtsy I received from both gentlemen from CCM. I am a new homeowner and have lots of questions. They answered every one in detail. They took the time to ensure everything I needed was done and every question was answered. I had questions about my gas stove, questions about installing a gas fireplace, about my current duct work, heat exchange units and humidity in my home, my furnace and the noise it made, my AC unit... all were answered PLUS they inspected/tested my gas furnace and performed routine maintenance. As a woman and a new homeowner -I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of and that's something that is unfortunately too common. I will certainly give them lots of business in the future and recommend them highly. There was obvious pride in workmanship here and a strait up ethical manor. Thank you Climate Change Mechanical!
