My air conditioner stop working on the long weekend. Sam was able to come on the holiday and help me out. Capacitor was changed but unit was still not working and he figured the fan motor needed to be replaced as well. Came by the next day with the new part but realized all that was needed was a new circuit board that blew. One word about Sam...Honest! He could've went ahead and charged me for the fan motor (which I didn't need) but only charged me for the circuit board. If you're looking for an honest company with reasonable prices look no further.

PROS...Brock windows and Doors did a great job installing windows in my living room and around my door. Alex and his team did a great job without making too much of a mess. I did find a problem with one of the windows and when I contacted Brock about it they quickly responded and I had the problem resolved to my satisfaction. The North Star triple pane windows are great and of high quality. CONS...I had to wait 11 weeks from time of sale to installation. I also had to contact them to find out why there was a delay as nobody contacted me for weeks. Too long in my opinion. The only other issue was that both appointments to get my windows measured were cancelled at the last minute and the installers came an hour and half late on the installation date. Again not too happy about that. I guess they are busy but I would warn others these delays may occur if they are in a hurry to get new windows installed.

A friend recommended this fairly sized antique store as we are currently looking for some antique furniture and vases for our family room. The staff was friendly and very helpful in meeting our needs. I highly recommend if anyone is looking for antique items for their home.

Went into this store for a kitchen project. They have a nice selection there and the sales people were nice enough. Prices were on par with most so I decided to shop around at other stores. Would recommend you check them out.

Great selection in store. Went in not knowing much about the type of tiles I needed for my small project in the kitchen. The sales person there was very helpful so I could make the right selection and save on some money as well.

Staff was great and was helpful in answering my questions. They cost a bit more than big box stores but definately have alot more selection. If you're looking for tiles definately check them out.

Just received IKEA's kitchen cabinets and the quality is just outstanding. Even my contractor was impressed and wanted to buy them for his own kitchen. Their products are great however their service was terrible. Took me forever just to find someone to help me. When someone finally came over all they did was take my order but offered no advice that I needed to put a kitchen together. And if you turn your back on them for even a second they're gone to help someone else. Real nice considering the amount of money I was spending there. My advice is if you are interested in their kitchen products, it's just amazing. However do your homework before you go there because you'd be lucky to get any help.

I noticed a couple of leaks in my basement which turned out was coming from my tub & toilet. John Dima came by and was able to fix the problem right away and fairly quickly. Great service and even signed up for their Advantage Plan membership.
