We are highly disappointed with the after sales service and quality in workmanship of our new Greentree home. And most neighbours in the Durham dells development in Brandon have experiences that are the same or worse with this builder. Some of the work performed was not by professionals or to building standards. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! If you are considering in buying a Green tree home do check their local references knock on some doors we didn't and learned our lesson....... After almost one year after the pre possession inspection the items have barely been touched or corrected After 6 months the Stucco started to fall off, electrical problems, plumbing problems, silent floors that squeak etc.
