I had called a few companies a few years ago to install a garage door opener on an old style garage door that belonged to my Dad and many companies refused but Steve said he would come and look at it. He installed one for me with no issues. He was very responsive to my call, answered all my questions and his pricing was great! The job was performed professionally and after clean up, it was as if he was never there, except I had a brand new opener. I called him another time and he installed 2 new garage doors for me at the same location. Again, a wonderful experience with Steve. When I needed a garage door opener for my own house I knew it would be Steve for the job. He arrived on time, did the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. Again, very attentive and responsive. I highly recommend Steve's services and will be calling him to replace my garage door in short time.

I called a few companies last year for the installation of a garage door opener and many of the companies were not responsive due to the age of the garage door. Steve answered my call right away and said that he would come around and take a look. Upon examination he said that the installation should be no problem and went above and beyond to make sure that the opener would operate as smooth as possible with the old door. This year we decided that it was time to replace the doors and again, Steve answered the call right away and was able to come and measure and give advice. We scheduled the installation and on the day, Steve spent care and diligence throughout the process and also re-installed the openers. We were extremely happy with Steve's communication and service. And we will also have Steve replace another set of garage doors on my father's house in the near future. We would certainly highly recommend Steve.

I needed to install a garage door opener to an old garage door. I contacted Steve based on the other reviews on Homestars. From first point of contact to the end of the job, it was a wonderful experience. Steve was very kmowledgable and informative and said that if the garage door opener could not be installed due to the type and age of my door, there would be no charge. He kept me informed regarding the time of his arrival and once he started the job he tackled the issues that were presented. I felt that Steve's customer service was excellent and he made sure that the garage door was brought up to the best of its' existing condition in order to operate as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I highly recommend Steve and will be calling on him again when it is time to change the garage doors themselves.

My shingles were in terrible shape and our roof had only been reshingled about 12 years ago and that company is no longer in business. I called in a few roofers to take a look at the problem but I was the most comfortable with the information given by Patrick of Professional Roofers. We had made an appointment and on that day, he called prior to the time to tell me he would be a little bit late and gave me his estimated time of arrival (to me this was a good start to the potential relationship). Once he arrived he climbed on the roof and gave me a detailed estimate and was able to answer all my questions. One of the other reasons why I initially liked his company was that someone answered my first phone call and was able to arrange an appointment right away so I didn't have to wait for someone to call me back. A week before installation the office called to confirm the shingle colour choice and then a few days before, I also received another confirmation call. The installation itself was very smooth and the crew was fantastic. They worked very hard and it was a sweltering day. They took care to protect the windows of my home and my neighbour's air conditioner. I really appreciated the forethought. Clean-up was wonderful and they took care to clean both sides of my neighbours as well since the houses were quite close together. All-in-all a great experience and hopefully we will never have to call their 24hour emergency roofing service but we are glad that there will be someone on the other end of the line should be ever need it. I would highly recommend this company to others and have already done so!

We decided to replace the windows on our Victorian home and had called 2 window companies for estimates. Dmitri was very prompt to get back to me and we were able to arrange an appointment right away. He was very knowledgeable, showed us sample windows and gave us guidance as to to the type and design that would be most suitable. Pricing was very competitive. From the order to the replacement, it was a faster time frame than promised and on the day of the installation the company was prompt, very efficient and fast. Dmitri came to ensure that the job was going smoothly and then tested the windows after installation to make sure they were all operational. From start to finish, everyone was extremely happy with the installation and Dmitri answered all of our questions with courtesy and patience, both at the time of taking the order to subsequent phone calls before installation. I have already recommended Galaxy windows to my clients and friends and will continue to do so, without hesitation!
