Jorian installed our backsplash a couple of weeks ago. Although he was really busy with a large project, he managed to squeeze in our backsplash during the timeframe we had wanted. We had a larger main tile and a smaller glass tile accent put in. He was willing to go with our design ideas, in addition to providing us with good input of his own. Jorian completed the work in 1 1/2 days, and we were very happy with the results. All areas were cleaned up at the end of each day. We will definitely hire Jorian for future tile projects.

First I want to thank Pristine for being one of the trades who responded very quickly and timely every time we contacted them. This was not the case for the majority of the trades we reached out to during our reno! We were very impressed with Daniel. We needed our dishwasher and kitchen sink functioning again after counter installation. Daniel reinstalled a toilet and put in our new bathroom sink, which was a difficult task. We'd purchased an undermount sink which was already attached to a quartz countertop. We also bought an additional vessel sink, which we wanted to replace the undermount sink. Daniel had to figure out a way to remove the attached undermount sink without damaging either the sink or the countertop, as well as how to mount the vessel sink in its place. This also meant reconfiguring the plumbing to match. He did a fabulous job!! We would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing and won't hesitate to use them again for future jobs.

Our deck covering was old and dingy after 20+ years. After 3 separate quotes we hired Ken and were very happy with our decision. We had quotes from three contractors. I did all the due diligence with lots of research in advance. I received Ken's quote the same day he came to do the estimate, whereas I had to email one of the other contractors 8 days later, asking when I would receive the quote. Ken provided lots of information during his visit to my home. We were much more impressed with Ken even before we received all the quotes in. So when Ken's quote was 1/4 less, it was a no brainer! My neighbour had been noting the 3 contractors who came to my home and ended up having his deck redone by Ken at the same time. Ken and another man arrived early the 1st day but within 1/2 hour his helper had gone home sick. Ken worked 8 1/2 hours himself the rest of the day without a break. He came back early the next day and worked 10+ hours alone without any breaks again!! We were extremely happy with the finished result. His work ethic and prices were excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend his company.
