I found this painting company very good. After they were finished they cleaned up everything and left the place in a super clean condition. Their work was excellent and the owner was most co-operative when I mentioned that there was a few touch-ups that needed done. All in all, a very good company to work with.
Silex was hired to renovate the outside of our apartment building of which all occupants are part owners. The time line that they set was not upheld, they used materials that were substandard. The workers treated our members in a distasteful manner and were quite rude. When the project was finished they left behind them a huge mess that we had to clean up and they did property damage which was not fixed prior to their departure. Not impressed with their "professionalism" nor the quality of work they preformed.
The owner of this company is an awesome person. He goes above and beyond what you have asked for. Comes with a good "can-do" attitude and there is very little that he cannot do. Definitely knows his stuff and will tell you when the best time to do things is. I found him to be very honest and trustworthy.
I had this company come in and clean my carpets in my 2 bedroom apartment. They got out dirt stains from my wheelchair and from my dog. There was a couple of spots that I didn't think came clean and they came back in redid them for free. Good service, co-operative, and professional.
