The first cleaner they sent us only managed to clean about 50% of our house in the 4.5 hours allotted. The second cleaner did a very good job. The third cleaner was absolutely phenomenal, so we requested she be our regular cleaner. We were notified that she would have to cancel one week and on that week, they did not find a replacement. She now no longer works in the area and the company has yet to find us a replacement. We cannot continue with such an unreliable company.

We hired Paul Carozza and the Renovator’s Group to renovate our powder room and ensuite bathroom in August 2014. Although they were the priciest of all three quotes we received, Paul was the most professional, thorough and knowledgeable, and he left us with a great first impression. In the end, you get what you pay for and we certainly got a bathroom that exceeded our expectations! The work was top quality with an exceptional attention to detail and attention to our vision. It is quite clear that Paul and his crew have high standards, a strong work ethic and take pride in their work, as they should. We will use Paul and the Renovators Group for future renovations and have recommended them to many of our friends and family and will continue to do so.
