We were quite pleased with our recent second experience with Northern Comfort. Darryl and his installation crew (Jay & Jessie) did a great job installing our windows on the main floor and in the basement. They were knowledgeable, very tidy and paid attention to detail. Our first experience with Northern Comfort earlier this year was not a good one. The installation crew made mistakes, put a storm door on the kitchen instead of the front door, made a mess of the installation of the main front door, did a messy job of finishing touches on the window frame outside and argued between each other all the time. What should have been a 2 day installation job turned into 4 days with lots of unnecessary stress. We wanted to finish our windows but had great hesitation returning to Northern Comfort to do the job. We insisted on a different installation team and were pleased with the results.
