First, all the reviews here are true. Amazing service. George came after hours because I was going out of town and was worried about people canvassing my neighborhood. He wasn't out to rob me by protecting me from robbers. He gave me exactly what I needed to secure my residence. Second, the system he installed is first class. It can do anything except cook your meals. It alerts me in phone and emails, tells me every sensor that was triggered and times, even while it is disarmed. I can arm and disarm from anywhere in the world. GPS will alert you to arm when you pass a certain distance from home. He warranties the system as long as you are monitored through SG3. Which helps when u see how expensive monitoring is. Third, the monitoring company is local and on the ball. I had a couple false alarms caused by my forgetfulness. Even though I disarmed from the panel, they still called to verify everything was okay. One more prevention in case of a home invasion. Finally, even though the $40 monitoring fee is higher than most of the companies I checked out. I feel the peace of mind is worth it. No headaches and no hassles from install till now in the month since I've had it. Except one day the app was down which was kind of a pain. Especially if you set panel to no entry delay. The monitoring when you add in the cost for Cellular service and the remote app access, is only $16.00 per month, less then the cost of a telephone line that can be cut by a intruder before they would break in.
