Jim, the manager is the greatest and thanks for the exceptional service. My “Gem” exterior door is 10+ years old. I removed the interior door knob and in doing so, broke a part. I called “Gem” for assistance (staff are very friendly, professional and helpful) and Jim, manager, gave me a replacement part at no charge. The replacement part didn’t work, so he gave me a complete brand-new in the box exterior door knob set for “free”. I was amazed and very grateful at the quality of service. I would highly recommend “Gem Windows and Doors” and Jim was truly amazing. For me it was a 5 star experience, thanks again.
