Purchased a Simmons BeautyRest mattress from Sears, rated by them as a 3 on "softness" scale on Sears website. Did not purchase the cover as I already have 3 at home. Mattress is very firm and uncomfortable. Manufacturer says it should have been rated 1 or 2. Email to Sears indicates they are "looking into it" and someone should be contacting me. I can't get any further. Have not heard back from anyone in over a week. No response to any of my inquiries. I guess the description of "pillow top" should have been "pillow-less top". A very dissatisfied customer!
