With housing projects, things never seem to go the way they should. Phillip at PMT is the exception. I called him about an eaves we wanted to reroute, I emailed him pictures and that day he called and sent me a written quote. I gave him the go ahead. He came by the next day to check the colour. He called me and told me he would then come a couple of days later to do the work. He called the night before to confirm, gave me the time and showed up exactly when he said he would. The price was fair, the service was excellent. He did exactly what was needed professionally. You can’t ask for more than that. I’ll be calling him again for other jobs! I called Doktor Handyman because the ceiling at my elderly parents house was leaking and really needed to be fixed quickly. Even though KC was very busy he kindly came over the next day. I explained the problem might have been caused by various factors - all of which I might add were wrong. KC’s diagnostic ability was superb! Not only did he accurately assess the problem, he fixed the pipe and celiling in a very cost effective way saving my parents lots of unnecessary expense. I was so happy with KC that I asked him to do work at my house. We had cracks in the grout in our bathroom tiles which caused water leaking, water damage to basement ceiling, pocket door issues and rotten wood on our balcony posts. He fixed all the problems and then some. I had a kitchen drawer that would not close. He fixed that at no charge. It is the little things he does that made a big difference. He made sure each job was completed and done to perfection. He was kind, reapectdul and professional. I am so glad I found Doktor Handyman on Homestars! I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We had a problem with the stucco resulting from poor work from another contractor. This resulted in water coming in the house. I called Zoltan and he came by the next day. He knew I needed the repair done quickly before the next rain and he came the following day to do the job. He came when he said he would and did an excellent job on the repair. I wish he would have done the original work! His price was fair and he was very professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing stucco work.
