It pains me to write this review however I feel it necessary. My husband and I hired Adrian a few years back to change our RO system. He also advised us that our water softener system was not working efficiently and suggested for us to change that too. We hired him to do both jobs And continue to call him every few months or so to change the filters in the RO system. Adrian would not respond to questions like can he add a remineralizing filter to the RO system? I ended up buying a countertop santivia water jug. In the last few weeks, our RO faucet would have a very low flow and it tool 10 minutes to fill a pot of water for cooking. I tried calling Adrian for 2 weeks, also text messaged him and he did not reply. Finally on Friday last week he answered his phone and said he was really busy but would come at noon the following Monday. At noon he didn't show up. I called and messaged him and he replied 2 hours later that he would be here at 4. At 4 he didn't show up. I called him and was rejected to voice mail. I messaged him with real concern as it is strange behaviour, with no response. Finally I text him that I would be taking my business elsewhere since he does not honour our appointment time or respond to my calls or messages. Finally he started calling back and even showed up at my door the next morning (today), while I had the new company I hired here writing out the contract. I have to replace everything he installed. The water softener system doesn't work, all our water is hard (over 600 tds) and it is so bad that my bathroom faucet handle just broke right off because of the corrosion. It has been using way more water than needed to cycle the system thus our water bill is through the roof. Also, the RO system itself is outdated. He may have been cheaper but you get what you pay for. I'm one disappointed customer who is no longer a customer of his.
