The front of the house, made of stucco, required extensive repair. Many cracks and chips had developed and water leaks were a real threat. In addition, we had had continual problems with the eavestroughs. They had been repaired and even replaced over the years but never seemed to work properly. David Bochner, the owner of Exterior by Design, met with me,explained the work to be done knowledgeably and in full detail. He described what was involved in replacing all the stucco, adding insulation and replacing the aluminum eavestroughs, and fascia. I was given a very reasonable quote. The work was completed in a timely manner and the original "Tutor" look of the house was preserved. Only the very best, top products were used, the resulting insulation was well above building code. and the entire space was waterproofed. The real test came about 3 weeks after the job had been completed. We had a terrible rain storm and for the first time in 20 years the eaves didn't overflow and conducted the water away from the house! The workers on the job were all very professional and always on time. The property was left clean and the quality of the workmanship was superb. I was delighted with the result and I would certainly recommend David Bochner and Exterior by Design.
