Patrick installed concrete exterior window sills on my 70+ year old house, which was a small job but he made time for it between his normal big projects. This is the second small job he's made time for, the first being a crack in my foundation a few years ago. Patrick does really good work and puts alot of thought into what he's doing so that there are no mistakes and the work is long lasting (which is really important with concrete). He has also gone above and beyond the job and did little things around the house that only he noticed since he's the expert, which I had no clue about and was really nice. I'm really lucky to have found Patrick. He's really good at explaining what needs to be done (and doesn't need to be done), which made signing a contract with him a formality and working with him a pleasure.

Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable in quoting a price for sealing the crack in my foundation. He was able to make time to do the job within 2 weeks of signing the contract during an extremely busy time in the industry. His attention to detail and professionalism made the process of working with him and getting the job done stress free, which is not always the case when working with a contractor on major projects. The job was done on time and as quoted/expected with no surprises.

I hired Andy in 2013 to put up drywall for the ceiling and walls as part of a full basement renovation. His quote was the cheapest of the two and both myself and the other contractors were impressed by his work. Based on this, I hired Andy this summer (2014) to install drywall, custom crown mouldings, baseboards, and window trim. Like in the first job, Andy was very professional and helpful in suggesting numerous ideas for style of custom crown moulding, baseboards, trim, and paint colour that would work best. He exceeded expectations in the attention to detail of his work and his responsiveness to any concerns I had. Andy completed both jobs on time and on budget and haven't asked him back to redo anything. I expect to hire Andy again for more renovation work because he is easy to work with and exceeds expectations in the quality of his work.
