DO NOT BUY FROM BAD BOY. I wish I had read reviews before spending almost $6000 there. My initial experience with the store was great but that was obviously only because they were making money off me not because they actually care about their customers. I was renovating my first house and I purchased a stove, fridge, dishwasher, love seat, sofa, two TVs and a bench. Since the fridge and dishwasher were sale items they apparently needed to be delivered within a month of sale so they were. My kitchen was no where near ready for them to be installed so they sat, wrapped up as they were delivered so that they wouldn't get dirty or damaged. 3 months later everything has been installed and I go to take off the protective film on my fridge and there is huge, deep, knife cuts from where they cut the laser film around the handles ON TOP OF THE STAINLESS STEEL. I immediately called the Bad Boy Burlington store that I purchased it from and was told to call the dreaded customer service number. I was on hold so I chose the "leave a message and someone will get back to you" option. What a joke. I called back days later and finally talked to someone (who sounded like she was asleep by the way, I think she said one sentence to me during the entire conversation) who told me to call GE because it was their problem. So I call GE, after being on hold for 40 mins they tell me that because its past 48 hours the Bad Boy store that I purchased it from needs to contact their GE rep to get a concession number to authorize them to replace the doors. Than when I called the store they told me again to contact customer service to have a person come out and look at the damage of my fridge. When I called customer service and explained that I've talked to literally everyone possible and no one is being even remotely helpful she once again told me it was GE's problem. I was never told that I needed to check everything within 48 hrs or else I obviously would have, though I highly doubt it would have been a better experience. No one wants to claim that they damaged my brand new fridge, no one is willing to help me so congratulations Bad Boy, you screwed over a 24 yr old single girl who has spent her savings renovating her first house, I hope you feel great about yourselves. And the bench I ordered was delivered without any hardware to assemble it and they have been just as helpful with that. So to sum it up I bought seven products from Bad Boy and two were delivered damaged or incomplete.
