If I could I will give 11 out of ten. I hired Sky High Tree Service to prune five trees in my yard. Two of them are very big. One tree was leaning towards my house and caused a major concern. During the quoting, after getting my requirements, Micah explained all details of the work he's going to do, listed the tasks tree by tree. No confusion no hidden fees. Linda tried to add my appointment to their tight schedule and finally made it happen before the winter. The team showed up on time and did an awesome work. Prune and trim all the five trees and cleaned the branches and leaves before leaving. I highly recommend Sky High Tree Service. They did really great job!

In this spring, two exterior faucets and one three-way valve of the sprinkler system of my house are leaking and need to replace. I contacted Andy and Manon and got response quickly. Andy visited as scheduled and did a careful estimate. He explained all details of the work - what need to fix, what need to replace, where to cut and why, etc. All works are explained very clearly and professionally. The items listed in the quote is very clear too, without any hidden charge. Andy completed the work in the second day, and left nothing behind. The outside yard, the basement floor and roof were all cleaned up. I could not expect better result. This is definitely a great experience of hiring. Thank you both, Andy and Manon! I had five trees pruned and several Junipers shaped. From the very beginning to contact to Sullivan, Merissa was very nice and excellent to communicate with. When she came to my house to estimate the work, she gave clear and professional suggestions. She did not just estimate the work, she also suggested what I need to pay attention and what in fact do not need to trim or prune for then. She gave a super clear estimate without any hide cost. They confirmed with me before trimming each tree and let me review the result after every step was done. I was so impressed with their work. I had Basco to replace the arch window on the door to my backyard. Simon made a very clear communication at the first place. The estimation was done by a super nice and helpful young man ( My apology for not remembering his name, sorry!) The new window was installed three weeks later. The young man was absolutely detail focused. I highly recommend Basco to anyone who needs outstanding windows services.

We used Marvellous Movers service to move our whole home to a newly bought house. Just like their name said, the team was marvellou - Awesome! Since we have not moved in past eight years, I was a little bit uncertain that I can find a good mover. But right after making the first call, I start to be confident I choose the correct company. Rocky's team showed up on time in front of the door in the moving day. While one person quickly set things up, another another guy carefully put the carpet from the front door to all rooms, to upper floor and to basement. Then they started to pack my heavy stuff with thick blanket and vinyl, and then taped them very carefully. Every time, when they put things into the truck, they run back to the house to pick another box. My wife and I have to sometimes ask them to take a break and drink some water. They moved our super heavy furniture mindfully. After the movement, in both old and new houses, our walls, floors and chandeliers are all intact. We have zero complain to our movement. Thank you, Marvellous team, for all you did and for giving us such fantastic moving experience. You deserve the highest score. This is the first time I chose Keith's service. I am very glad I made a very correct decision. Keith provided an outstanding service. He made a punctual appearance at our house at the morning. After starting the work, he worked very hard, even run from one place to another in the next two more hours. The furnace in our house is an old model. Its control panel inside is messy. Keith never hesitate to get down on the ground to clean it. In addition to his hard working attitude, Keith is also very knowledgeable and patient to explain every problem we have on the furnace. He gave many good suggestions about how to check and to diagnose issues. I will say Keith is very professional, very experienced in his work. When the job was done, Keith gave me a clear bill, exactly as what the quote shows. No hidden charge. No surprising. The only word I can use to describe Keith's work is EXCELLENT! He is definitely our furnace guy. Keith ROCKs!!!

We hired Deb to paint all walls in our new house. I cannot recommend her too highly - so many good things to her work, her attitude and her professionalism. In additional to her professional, detail-oriented painting work, Dev is also the most pleasant people I have ever hired. She gave us many valuable suggestions from the color selection to the light picking. Thanks for her work, our house looks brand new now and all our family members are very happy.
